Story of 9toast.

The journey to founding 9toast began in a bustling city halfway across the globe from Singapore. Drawing inspiration from London’s renowned honey butter toast, we endeavoured to create Singapore’s own rendition of the toast and introduced a distinctive twist by incorporating popular hits like the Milk Injeolmi and the Purple Haze, which became an all-time favourite.

Apart from the beloved Honey-Glazed Toast, 9toast also pioneers in combining the traditional sock-brewing technique with its distinctive air-infusion method for coffee brewing.

After gaining diverse experiences at a well-known Singaporean kopi chain and bubble tea shop, we created 9toast’s unique coffee-making approach by infusing traditional Singaporean coffee with European coffee nuances, embodying the captivating concept of East meets West.

The first-of-its-kind, this approach of brewing coffee significantly enhances the coffee’s flavour profile and imparts a refreshing aftertaste with ever sip, swiftly becoming a cherished favourite among patrons.

More recently, we have introduced savoury options to our menu which includes the Mentaiko Kani Sando, Ebi Sando, Chicken Katsu Sando, and Creamy Tamago Sando, which have gained popularity among our patrons.
