Our honey-glazed toast are made using white Shokupan bread, characterised by its milky-sweet taste and pillowy softness.
Introducing our signature Purple Haze, an exquisite treat on the side of our toast or latte, crafted from the finest purple sweet potatoes and taros, widely known for their anti-inflammatory and cholestrol-reducing properties.
Unlike typical orh-nees made with pork oil, we do not add any lard into our Purple Haze, making each batch freshly in store everyday, without any added colouring, preservatives or flavouring.
